TERMS OF SERVICE

By signing up to MAXShare MATRIX you are agreeing that you will abide by the terms stated in this agreement. MAXShare MATRIX reserves the right to modify this agreement without prior notification to its members.

You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract. You agree that your e-currency account that you will use to sign up with MAXShare MATRIX is owed by you. You must have a good understanding of the English language.

We have no tolerance of SPAM as a method of promoting your MAXShare MATRIX referral links. We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercialised messages. All members found SPAMMING will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to join MAXShare MATRIX in the future.

You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way. If you want to use our E-books and promotional banners for your website you must upload them to your server.

If you decide to terminate your membership in the future your membership fee will not be refunded. If we decide to discontinue our service you will not receive a refund of you membership fee.

All personal information is stored in the MAXShare MATRIX database and will not be sold or given away to third parties. You give MAXShare MATRIX permission to send you newsletters regarding our program.

You agree to maintain a functioning email address that must be listed on your member page. This email address must NOT send an auto-response.

You agree to receive email updates related to services offered by MAXShare MATRIX.

All members are required to login at least once every 3 months to retain earnings.

These terms may change. You agree to comply with all changes. If a member violates the above terms their membership will be terminated and their membership fee will not be refunded.

Privacy Policy

We at MAXShare MATRIX, respect your right to privacy. We will never sell, rent, issue or release in any form, your name, user ID, e-mail address, physical address and any other identifying information that you give us with any third party.

Your e-mail address may be made available to your MAXShare MATRIX sponsor.

By signing up for our FREE service, you agree to receive occasional e-mails from our company or our sponsors. You may remove yourself from these mailings at any time. HOWEVER, removal from the mailing list will mean termination of your account and loss of all credits, downlines, and advertisement, paid or free.
